Какой-то шутник, ездил по городу с тигром, на крыше автомобиля.
CAMAS, Wash. – The sight of a large stuffed tiger lashed to the top of an SUV cruising around a southwest Washington lake Monday was enough to generate a 911 call from someone who apparently thought it was real.
An officer responded and tracked the tiger to the Leadbetter Boat Launch, according to Sgt. Rob Skeens, with the Camas Police Department. Once he got there, he realized it was fake.
“I would much rather go to a fake tiger than a real one,” Skeens added.
The Columbian newspaper of Vancouver reported that the tiger was strapped onto the top of Connor Zuvich’s SUV.
Zuvich, 19, said he was near Lacamas Lake with some friends when he saw a truck go by with some trash. He said he watched as the people in the truck dumped the trash, which included the giant tiger. Then Zuvich tied the tiger to the top of his vehicle and cruised around the lake with his friends.
“We realized, ‘boy this thing looks real realistic, hey let’s have some fun,'” Zuvich told KGW. “I guess someone thought it was real, called 911.”
After the 911 call, officer Henry Scott was sent to investigate the tiger sighting, described in the Camas police report as an “animal problem.”
“We’ve had bear calls and cougar sightings. Those are pretty obscure,” said Skeens. “This tiger is the first one in 24 years.”
Zuvich said he traded jokes and photos with officer Scott, then parted ways. Other drivers also got the joke, honking and giving him a thumbs-up sign.
Конечно же, в службу 911 начали звонить.
Кстати, у меня точно такой же зверь, в полный рост, на холодильнике пылится уже лет 8. Боюсь трогать. Страшно подумать, сколько пыли на нем скопилось за это время.
