То есть, о вчерашней игре. (Для себя.)
Это я оставляю у себя. Все о том же самом. Не понимаю я, как они смогли выиграть.
Time and time again, when things have looked especially bleak, this team somehow pulls another rabbit out of its hat. I don’t know how, but it’s incredible. This was an incredible win, simply put. It perhaps tops anything we’ve seen so far. How many times have I said that?
Here’s how things were stacked against Portland coming into this game. The Blazers hadn’t won in Phoenix since February of 2004. Steve Nash hadn’t even returned to Phoenix yet. The Suns came into this game having won five-straight games, and were cooking. They hadn’t played since Friday, and were very rested, and are just about completely healthy.
The Blazers, on the other hand, were shut down on Tuesday at home by Oklahoma City. The offense was bad, and they scored just 77 points. We didn’t get into our hotel until about 3am on Wednesday morning. They were extremely tired, emotionally tapped, and were seemingly teetering on the brink.
