Помните, я писал несколько раз о том, что в Портланде уже несколько месяцев ищут пропавшего мальчика?
Сегодня прошла новость, что пропал еще один…
PORTLAND — Portland police are looking for an 11-year-old boy who went missing after he was last seen getting off of his school bus.
Police said Lok Chante Marcellay was last seen getting off of the bus in front of his home at around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. Detectives don’t believe the case is a stranger abduction.
Police said Lok is Native American, 4’7″, and weighs 80 lbs. He has straight shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange T-shirt, khaki cargo shorts and he wears thick, black-framed glasses.
А поиски Кайрона Хормана (Kyron Horman) тоже продолжаются. Хотя, я уже не думаю, что кто-то надеется увидеть его живым. Однако, полиция нашего графства просит денег, для того чтобы продолжать поиски.
PORTLAND – The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office plans to request $209,656 from the board of commissioners Thursday, to help pay for the Kyron Horman investigation.
Sheriff Dan Staton will ask for the money to cover “ongoing costs of personnel and equipment” a police spokesperson told KGW.
Last July, Staton had requested a larger sum of money – around $242,000 — but then suddenly put that on hold. He said he wanted to table the request until October, and try to absorb the costs into his existing budget in the meantime.
